Jeff is the founder of Gifted Leaders, LLC. His passion for leadership and effective organizational culture has developed over a 26-year professional career including experience in both private and corporate sectors. An International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach trained at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, Jeff has a strong interest in liberating personal and organizational potential. His passion is to help people live authentic and meaningful lives.

Sally Starbuck Stamp, BA, BSN, MC coaches and consults with individuals and organizations primarily in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning, communication skills, change management, and life/work effectiveness. Sally has extensive experience with health care providers as both an internal and external team member.

Sally served as Assistant Administrator for Patient Care Services and interim hospital administrator for the Dubois Area Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania before joining the Pittsburgh office of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant in the health care specialty consulting practice. As a senior manager for the firm, Sally led teams in providing services that included: strategic visioning/planning; merger and acquisition evaluation; financial feasibility studies; and workflow development and design.

Sally has a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Denison University; a BSN from Kent State University; and a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. She completed her coach training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, SW, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
